With the strategic transition of the company, the original is no longer capable of accurately describing the business, orientation and market value, nor the prospective trend of the company; therefore, in May of 2005, the original Sinochem Jiangsu Import & Export Corporation was renamed as “Sinochem Jiangsu Corporation”, or “ Sinochem Jiangsu”; the abbreviations in both Chinese and English versions remain unchanged. |
