R&D Center

Sinochem R&D Center is located in Jiangbei New Materials Science and Technology Park. It is committed to creating an innovative, professional and standardized independent technology platform for characteristic reactions in the field of medicine and health, including four functional sectors: synthesis, analysis, application and process. The center adheres to Sinochem's development philosophy of "In Science We Trust" and the company's strategic layout of the integration of research, production and sales, seamlessly supports the company's customized business of contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) and the product line of the industrial base under construction, conducts related product process research and technical demonstration. In addition, the center undertakes external business such as new product and new process development, CDMO business implementation and consultation.

Key areas: research on pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates in cardiovascular, diabetes, antiviral and other areas.

Characteristic reactions: micro-channel continuous flow and enzyme-catalyzed green reaction. The center is able to conduct chemical experiments from gram to kilogram-grade, and small and intermediate tests of new products.

Hardware equipment: the center is equipped with advanced detection instruments and experimental devices such as HPLC, GC, high-efficiency preparative liquid phase reactor, micro-channel reactor, kilogram-grade reaction equipment and parallel reaction apparatus.

Management system: A GMP-like R&D quality management system has been established, which is aligned with the highest standard in the industry and can meet the audit requirements of high-end customers at home and abroad.

Talent team: The center has a R&D team composed of a number of engineers and technicians with rich experience in R&D and factory production, such as organic chemical synthesis and analysis, and has established cooperation with well-known universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad to share technologies and resources.
