On Nov. 25th, Sinochem Jiangsu held the 3rd Marketing and Sales Mini Lecture, with the topic "GMP registration and FD Business Development". This mini lecture was for young business associates with less than 3 years of career, and was intended to teach pharmaceutical export knowledge, to share the working experience, and to exchange the ideas of business development.
The lecture was held by two core sales manager of us, Ms. Duan and Ms. Teng. The pair has valuable GMP pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge, years of registration experience, and unique ideas of business development. In the afternoon, some other sales staff and managers also attended the lecture, learning and communicating with each other. For the main topics like "drawing the core competitive strength of the business", "key points of registration in different countries", "building the information-share platform with suppliers", the pair shared their thoughts. A brainstorm was then carried out on other topics of business.
Finaly, Assistant GM Ms. Zhang concluded the lecture, affirming this kind of "Teaching and Helping" internal training program and communication platform. Meanwhile, she encouraged young staff studying from the pair, studying assiduously, achieving goals of higher above, overcoming difficulties, and contributing to the development of our company.
